Growing up in North Alabama, Jason and Jessica learned early on the power of faith, family, and community. They are passionate about helping people experience the life-changing love of Jesus.

As Chief Empowerment Officer, Jason leads with a heart for people and a vision to see lives transformed through Jesus. He truly believes that with Jesus, anything is possible. For nearly two decades, he’s has the privilege of sharing the Good News of Jesus with millions, always carrying a deep burden for those who feel forgotten, unwelcome, or unsure of their place in God’s story. He is firmly committed to raising up leaders who will boldly impact the world for Christ.

Jessica is the heart of their home and an incredible partner in ministry. As a registered nurse, she carries a deep compassion for people, whether she's serving in healthcare, the church, or the community. Together, Jason and Jessica are passionate about family, raising their three amazing kids to love God, serve others, and live with bold faith.

Through The Possible Project and Refuge Church, they remain deeply committed to the sharing the Gospel, strengthening churches, encouraging pastors and making a difference in Jesus’ name.
